A 50% deposit of the total reservation cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 21 days before check-in.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before arrival date will receive 100% refund.
Bookings canceled at least 15 days before arrival date, non refundable down
payment .
Bookings canceled within 14 days before arrival date will not receive a refund.
NO REFUND on bookings for stays in holiday season (Christmas & New Year).
