Payment terms
Guests must pay a 50% deposit of the total rental fee within 48 hours of receiving the Booking Agreement. The remaining 50 % is due 60 days before the arrival date. If the booking is made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately. Failure to pay before arrival may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
The property’s capacity must not be exceeded. If hosting an event or bringing in extra guests, prior written approval from the Company and Owner is required. Subletting or transferring the property is prohibited without agreement from the Company and/or Owner.

Use of the barbecue grill requires prior reservation.

A $1,000 MXN deposit is required for cleaning.
