  • No refunds are issued for early check-out before the scheduled departure date.

  • Modifications are subject to availability. If there is a difference in rate, the guest is responsible for covering the additional cost.

Payment Plan: 

  • A 50% deposit of the total stay, including taxes, is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% is due three weeks prior to check-in.

  • A $4,000 USD security deposit is required.

  • Extra guests (above 10 people, up to a max. of 36 guests) incur a charge of $100.00 USD per person per night, plus taxes.

  • Events are permitted at an additional cost and must be quoted separately.

  • Pre-stocking of food, drinks, cocktails, transportation, and other services is available at an extra cost.
