Payment Policies

First Payment: 50% of the total amount (including taxes and services) is required to confirm the reservation via bank transfer.
Second Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid via bank transfer between 30 and 90 days before the check-in date, depending on the stay dates. Please refer to the list below for details:
- Full payment of the reservation is required at least 30 days before check-in for the following seasons:
  - May 1st to June 14th
  - August 15th to October 31st
- Full payment of the reservation is required at least 45 days before check-in for the following seasons:
  - June 15th to August 14th
  - November 1st to November 17th
  - November 26th to December 18th
- Full payment of the reservation is required at least 60 days before check-in for the following seasons:
  - January 3rd to February 28th
  - April 1st to March 31st
  - April 16th to April 30th
- Full payment of the reservation is required at least 90 days before check-in for the following seasons:
  - April 1st to April 15th
  - November 18th to November 25th
  - December 19th to January 4th

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
