● To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).

● Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
● No pets allowed.
● Rental includes two parking permits.
● Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay.
● We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Payment Policy

Regular Season:

First Payment: 50% of the total amount at the time of booking.
Second Payment: Remaining 50%, 30 days before the check-in date.

Holiday Season:

First Payment: 50% of the total amount at the time of booking.
Second Payment: Remaining 50%, 60 days before the check-in date.

- Any changes or cancellations made to a NON-HOLIDAY reservation more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded to the Guest minus a 10% administration fee.
- Any changes or cancellations made to a NON-HOLIDAY reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival are not refundable.
- Any changes or cancellations made to a HOLIDAY reservation more than 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded to the Guest minus a 10% administration fee.
