PAYMENT TERMS:

Please reference your booking platform for your total rent amount in US Dollars. Rent shall be payabl as follows: Fifty percent (50%) of the rent shall be due and payable upon securing the rental property. The Balance of the rent shall be paid no less than 60 days prior to the rental period and is non-refundable

All guest payments are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. Should you wish to modify your booking, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request in the same or a similar property for up to 12 months from the date of the original booking deposit. This will be subject to an additional fee of 10% of the original booking amount and any difference in rates for the new booking dates, if applicable.

If a new booking is not made within this period, all deposits will be forfeited in their entirety. Any outstanding payments will need to be made in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule.
