Additional guest that are authorized will be charged a flat nominal rate between $50 USD and $100 USD per guest, per night

PAYMENT TERMS:

Rent payments shall be made as follows: Fifty percent (50%) of the rent is due and payable upon securing the rental property. The remaining balance must be paid no less than 60 days prior to the rental period and is non-refundable.

All guest payments are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. Should you wish to modify your booking, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request in the same or a similar property for up to 12 months from the date of the original booking deposit. This will be subject to an additional fee of 10% of the original booking amount and any difference in rates for the new booking dates, if applicable.

If a new booking is not made within this period, all deposits will be forfeited in their entirety. Any outstanding payments will need to be made in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule.
