Payment Terms

Initial Payment: A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation. This payment must be made within 5 business days of the reservation confirmation.
Final Payment: The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid 65 days prior to the guest's arrival. No refunds will be offered for cancellations after this payment is made.
Bookings between December 19th and January 4th: All bookings made for these festive dates are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations more than 65 days in advance: If canceled more than 65 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit sent will be refunded.
Cancellations less than 65 days in advance: If canceled less than 65 days prior to the arrival date, a 100% penalty of the total amount paid will apply.
Bookings for Christmas and New Year’s (December 15th to January 15th): Deposits made for stays during this period are 100% non-refundable.
