Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date: A 30% penalty will apply to the total rental amount. Reservation dates can be changed, subject to availability, with no additional penalty.
Cancellations made 60 days or less before the arrival date: No cash refund will be provided unless we can re-rent the property for the canceled dates.
Credit Notes: Some properties offer a credit note to be used at a future date. Please check with your agent to see if this applies to your reservation.
Cancellations during the Holiday Season: A non-refundable policy is in place. The rented dates cannot be credited to alternative dates.
