Rent payments shall be made as follows: Fifty percent (50%) of the rent is due and payable upon securing the rental property. The remaining balance must be paid no less than 60 days prior to the rental period and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy (Non-Refundable)

Should you wish to modify your reservation, we will make every effort to accommodate your request in the same or a similar property within 12 months from the original booking date. Please note that an additional 10% fee will be applied to the booking amount, along with any differences in rates for the new dates selected.
