Cancellation Policies:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% balance due 65 days prior to arrival.
You may modify or cancel your reservation up to 65 days before arrival for a refund, minus a $150 penalty. (This amount is subject to change.)
Cancellations made within 65 days of arrival are non-refundable.
For Christmas and New Year’s, the policy changes to 150 days.
