Designed to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces, the villa features sliding glass doors and wooden finishes that allow guests to enjoy the sea breeze and panoramic views.

In the open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster are provided.
Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit of the total cost (including 21% taxes and 4% resort fee) is required to secure the reservation.
- The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to the check-in date.
- For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total cost is required upfront.
- High Season (Dec 20 – Jan 10): Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
- Security Deposit A $2,000 USD security deposit is required and can be provided via cash, bank transfer, or credit card hold.
- The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if no damages or issues are reported.
