Payment terms
Guests must pay a 50% deposit of the total rental fee within 48 hours of receiving the Booking Agreement. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before the arrival date. If the booking is made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately. Failure to pay before arrival may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
The villa’s capacity must not be exceeded. If hosting an event or bringing in extra guests, prior written approval from the Company and Owner is required. Subletting or transferring the villa is prohibited without agreement from the Company and/or Owner.
