This stunning full-service vacation rental is located on a beautiful beach. The home has 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. One bedroom is on the main floor, featuring a queen-size bed and a balcony. Upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms, each with balconies, sea views, and private bathrooms. One upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has a queen-size bed and 2 single beds. Natural elements and artistic touches throughout the house create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Shade palapas and loungers are set up on the beach for your enjoyment, and sea kayaks and boogie boards are available for use. Families are warmly welcomed, with a swing for small children and an incredible sandbox right at your doorstep!
Payment terms
Guests must pay a 50% deposit of the total rental fee within 48 hours of receiving the Booking Agreement. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before the arrival date. If the booking is made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately. Failure to pay before arrival may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
The villa’s capacity must not be exceeded. If hosting an event or bringing in extra guests, prior written approval from the Company and Owner is required. Subletting or transferring the villa is prohibited without agreement from the Company and/or Owner.
