This five-bedroom beachfront villa, located just three miles north of Cozumel’s town center, offers stunning ocean views, designer furniture, and a stylish infinity pool. The spacious living room features an indoor garden and skylight, while the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen are perfect for large groups. Outside, the infinity pool leads to a nearly private white-sand beach. With room for 12 guests, each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The second-floor suites offer ocean-view balconies, and the master suite includes a large bathtub. The downstairs bedroom opens directly to the pool and patio. The villa is secluded yet just five minutes from Cozumel’s shops and restaurants.
Payment terms
Guests must pay a 50% deposit of the total rental fee within 48 hours of receiving the Booking Agreement. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before the arrival date. If the booking is made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately. Failure to pay before arrival may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
The villa’s capacity must not be exceeded. If hosting an event or bringing in extra guests, prior written approval from the Company and Owner is required. Subletting or transferring the villa is prohibited without agreement from the Company and/or Owner.
