A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 30 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. A 50% refund of the total rent applies if cancellation takes place between 29 and 15 calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations after 15 calendar days shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the holiday season a 90-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to date of arrival a 100% refund applies. If cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates.
