A full refund of any payments made will be provided if the reservation is cancelled up to 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. After this period, the reservation will no longer be eligible for a refund. All cancellations and any requests for modifications (such as changes in travel dates or the number of persons in the group) must be submitted in writing. Please note that booking adjustments will incur a $85 USD administrative fee, while cancellations will be subject to a $300 USD fee. Changes to travel dates are permitted only within the refundable period, if applicable.

Payment terms
  • A 50% deposit of the total rental fee must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the Booking Agreement.
  • The remaining 50% is due 90 days before the arrival date.
  • If the booking is made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.
  • If payment is not made before arrival, the booking may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
