This beautiful 2-bedroom villa, nestled in a tropical paradise, offers breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and Tulum’s white sands, just steps from the beach. Perfect for families or two couples, it features an open-concept main floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, and glass doors leading to an outdoor dining area surrounded by lush greenery. The main floor includes a queen bedroom, while the romantic master suite upstairs boasts an ensuite bathroom and Juliette balcony. Guests enjoy beach access with complimentary boogie boards, paddleboards, kayaks, and a large pool, as well as a yoga studio and rooftop patio with panoramic views. A dedicated manager ensures a seamless stay, with housekeeping and optional services like a private chef, childcare, and airport transfers.
Guests must pay a 50% deposit of the total rental fee within 48 hours of receiving the Booking Agreement. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before the arrival date. If the booking is made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately. Failure to pay before arrival may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
The villa’s capacity must not be exceeded. If hosting an event or bringing in extra guests, prior written approval from the Company and Owner is required. Subletting or transferring the villa is prohibited without agreement from the Company and/or Owner.
