Cancellation Policy

A full refund of any payments made will be provided if the reservation is cancelled up to 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. After this period, the reservation will no longer be eligible for a refund. All cancellations and any requests for modifications (such as changes in travel dates or the number of persons in the group) must be submitted in writing. Please note that booking adjustments will incur a $85 USD administrative fee, while cancellations will be subject to a $300 USD fee. Changes to travel dates are permitted only within the refundable period, if applicable.

Payment & Policies
To ensure a seamless stay, a non-refundable damage insurance fee of $199 USD is required. A security deposit of $2,000 USD may apply. In appreciation of our dedicated villa staff, a mandatory gratuity of $15 USD per guest per day is added. Rates are based on double occupancy; additional guests (guests 13–18) are charged $108 USD + taxes per person per night.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Children are welcome. Pets are accepted with prior approval and a $350 USD cleaning fee. Shorter stays may be accommodated with additional charges—please contact our team directly for a custom quote.
