To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).

No noise after 11:00pm

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit of the total reservation cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 21 days before check-in.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before arrival date will receive 100% refund.
Bookings canceled at least 15 days before arrival date, non refundable down payment .
Bookings canceled within 14 days before arrival date will not receive a refund.
Bookings for dates in holiday season (Christmas & New Years) will not receive a refund.
For Monthly reservations: There is a cancellation fee of $ 500 USD for reservations canceled up to 60 days prior to check-in date. Reservations canceled within 60 days of the check-in date, will not receive a refund.
